Fringe:Season 1 (Spoiler)

So fringe has quickly become a show that I enjoy watching in marathon segments. With that out of the way I would like to say that being at episode 13 I find myself lost. It seems like since they have a 20 episode first season they had to put some sort of multi episode arc in there somewhere so that they can finish it near the end of the season and keep it's viewers interested. The only problem with this is that they quickly switch back to situation murder mystery that when watching in marathon mode confused me somewhat. When they do go to an episode that is Situation themed it seems like Walter has all the answers because he worked on this issue before but he cant remember and always has cravings for food.

Oh and Walter just went on this huge monologue about his dying son who now works by his side needed help from a man who was dead so he found a way around it but didn't need it any more so he hid it. It's like all those LSD cocktails he takes are working like drano for his brain. The only problem with this is that he dropped it on us like a brick of clarity in a mess of disjointed half ideas.

I am also scared for the show because it might not reach it's full potential due to the fact that it airs on fox. Im afraid for the show because it might not be able to get as smart as it could be (As I think of Dollhouse!). This is only after watching the first 13 episodes so it's a preliminary review I'll have more when I finish the first season.
